The B&L Group has realised the renovation of the historic "Dortberghaus" building in Dortmund in keeping with its status as a listed building. The conversion has created a modern hotel with 231 guest rooms and a spacious conference area. The administrative building, built in the 1930s for the Gelsenkirchener Bergwerks-AG, is centrally located between the main railway station and the lively Westenhellweg pedestrian zone. The IntercityHotel Dortmund opened in summer 2022.
