Since the opening in 2004 of the Lago shopping centre developed by B&L Group, Constance’s retail trade has been undergoing change. In particular, the Rosgartenstraße pedestrian zone, the natural route between the Marktstätte boulevard and the Lago, has seen an upturn in the property market. B&L Group systematically continued this development with customised two high street properties.
