This office building, in which B&L Group also has its registered office, offers a spectacular view of the port of Hamburg and rooms flooded with light. As one of six buildings, Holzhafen Ost is part of the comprehensive development of the quarter by the B&L Group in Große Elbstraße. Situated right by Hamburg’s oldest remaining port basin, the Holzhafen combines modern architecture with the unmistakable charm of a developed port district. In the year of its opening, the Holzhafen Ost office building was recognised as the “2002 Building of the Year” by the AIV (Architects’ and Engineers’ Association of Hamburg).
