HPQ ANQR as a driving force in digitalisation

With a pioneering approach to Building Information Modelling (BIM), our ANQR project development in the Hafenpark Quartier is facing up to the digital transformation of the construction industry. An open-access platform developed by CORE Digital Engineering brings together data from all those involved in the planning process and evaluates, optimises and models it to improve construction coordination.

This allows potential challenges to be identified at an early stage and solution strategies to be developed in order to ensure that the project progresses in an organised manner. In addition to the transparent coordination of partners, the innovative software's scope of services also includes the recording and evaluation of all sustainability-relevant properties of the project, such as material composition, origin and recyclability. With this revolution in the field of BIM, our office project in HPQ will be a milestone for high construction quality and realisation speed while maintaining high sustainability standards.
