The B&L Group today lays the foundation stone for the 4th construction phase of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER in Frankfurt am Main. The new office complex comprises two ultra-modern buildings - the 16-storey headquarters of ING Germany and the 7-storey ANQR HOUSE. A total of approx. 64,700 m² of rentable space for over 3,800 state-of-the-art workplaces with many collaboration areas for hybrid working will be created here.

The pioneering new neighbourhood in Frankfurt's Ostend district combines living, working and leisure at the highest level in a lively and diverse way. ‘With the Hafenpark Quartier, we are creating an attractive combination within an urban development that will set an example,’ explains Bernhard Visker, Managing Director of the B&L Group. ‘The ANQR ensemble will be an attractive anchor for companies and their employees thanks to its well thought-out planning combined with innovative facilities.’
