The office complex, completed in 2019, is part of the modern “Office Center Übersee” in Bremen’s Überseestadt district and offers around 21,600 m² of rental space. The main tenant is the food company Mondelez Deutschland, which operates its German headquarters there. The takeover of the property underscores the continuous expansion of the cooperation between B&L Property Management and HanseMerkur Grundvermögen, built on a stable and trusting partnership. With the addition of the new office property, the portfolio managed on behalf of HanseMerkur Grundvermögen grows to eight assets. This brings B&L PM’s nationwide management volume to approximately 1.15 million m² of rental space across 82 properties, with a total portfolio value of around EUR 7.2 billion.
