New Mandate for B&L Property

In March 2026, B&L Property Management GmbH secured another mandate from AUG. PRIEN Invest and Asset Management GmbH.

The assignment covers the management of a modern laboratory building in the Oberneuland business area in Bremen. The single-tenant property at Louis-Leitz-Straße 2 comprises approximately 7,900 square metres and is fully let to a tenant from the medical sector. The building was completed in January 2026. With this new mandate, B&L Property Management further expands its expertise in managing specialist real estate and strengthens its ongoing cooperation with AUG. PRIEN.
