on 1 April, the construction contract for the base building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (sanitary, heating, cooling and ventilation) was signed. The contract was awarded to JOFA-Tech GmbH from Mannheim, an experienced specialist contractor that has recently played a key role in major Frankfurt developments such as FOUR (Groß & Partner) and the Messeturm (Zech Foundation). With this award, the project team secures expert support for the delivery of the complex MEP works. Installation of shaft systems is scheduled to commence in May 2026, while the delivery and installation of large-scale technical equipment in the plant rooms is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. The contract signing marks another important milestone in the realisation of the 16-storey HPQ Tower in the Hafenpark Quarter.
