Boys’ & Girls’ Day at the B&L Group

On Thursday, 23 April, the B&L Group opened its doors to five secondary school pupils from Year 7 as part of the nationwide Boys’ & Girls’ Day initiative.

The first group – Klara, Amelia, Etchi and Nicolas – gained insights into the working world of a real estate company. Following a welcome session, they received a compact introduction to the core business areas: real estate, property management and hospitality. It quickly became clear how diverse roles and responsibilities in the property sector can be. The practical part of the day included a guided tour of the Holzhafen development, offering insights into forward-looking urban development. This was followed by a visit to the StadtKontor project at Besenbinderhof, combined with a scavenger hunt through the building. Equipped with a floor plan, the pupils identified five key locations and solved tasks on site, requiring orientation skills and teamwork. On the same day, Julius also visited the company, gaining insights into the finance and accounting departments. Overall, the Boys’ & Girls’ Day provided a varied and engaging introduction to the world of real estate – a successful day full of new experiences.
