B&L PROPERTY ONCE AGAIN IN 1ST PLACE

For the third time in a row, B&L Property Management GmbH has reached the top position in the Property Management Report of Bell Management Consultants: first place in the competence ranking of the asset class "office, turnover less than 10 million euros".

This means that B&L Property Management GmbH has once again succeeded in asserting itself against well-known competitors. The report conducts annual anonymous surveys among German investment houses and asset management companies.  In addition to commercial and technical competencies, service and company quality are also evaluated. The survey is commissioned by the "BAMBI-German Circle of Real Estate".
