B&L PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TAKES FIRST PLACE IN THE COMPETENCE RANKING
In the first year of its participation, B&L Property Management GmbH directly achieved first place and the highest overall score among the rankings in the asset class "Office < 7 million euros" in the competence ranking of the Property Management Report by Bell Management Consultants.
In addition to commercial and technical competencies, service and corporate competencies are also evaluated.
