GERCHGROUP AG MOVES INTO THE KII

Düsseldorf-based project developer GERCHGROUP AG has signed a long-term lease agreement with CENTRUM Group and B&L Group for office space in KII in Düsseldorf.

The rental space covers the 3rd and 4th floors of the building and amounts to around 1,750 m², plus terrace areas of around 670 m². The lease has been agreed for a term of 10 years plus an option. The move from GERCHGROUP's previous headquarters in Cecilienallee to KII is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
