PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WINS MAJOR CLIENT

B&L Property Management has won HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG as a new client. The first properties of the asset and investment manager were taken over as early as 1 October 2022.

The increase in the management portfolio amounts to around 87,000 m2 of rental space. This means that B&L's property management services across Germany cover a total of around 1,017,000 m2 of rental space for 75 properties with a portfolio value of around 7.1 billion euros. The new properties are the "Smarthouse" in St.-Martin-Strasse 57-63 in Munich with around 25,000 m2, the "Rosenberghöfe" in Breitscheidstrasse in Stuttgart with around 12,000 m2, the "BBG Office Center" in Konrad-Zuse-Strasse in Böblingen near Stuttgart with around 7,000 m2 and the "Orange Campus" in Kohlenhofstrasse in Nuremberg with around 43,000 m2. The properties mostly comprise office space with tenants from different sectors and of different sizes, but also retail and gastronomy space.
